This notice covers this website. The Sekyoor platform — the software your staff and residents log into — is governed separately by the agreement between Sekyoor Technologies and your jurisdiction. TODO: link the platform privacy notice / DPA once it exists.

What this site collects

Nothing, until you send it

Reading this site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. There are no advertising trackers, no session recording, and no third-party embeds. Fonts are served from this domain rather than from Google, so visiting the site does not tell anyone else that you did.

The demo request form

If you submit the demo form, we receive what you typed: your name, work email, the jurisdiction or agency you named, your role if you gave it, and your message. We use it to reply to you and to keep track of the conversation.

Form submissions are handled by TODO: name the form processor, e.g. Formspree / AWS Lambda + SES, and reach us atTODO: destination inbox or CRM. We keep them forTODO: retention period.

Analytics

TODO: confirm before publishing. If analytics are enabled, this site records page views without cookies and without any identifier that persists between visits. It does not build a profile of you and does not follow you to other sites. If analytics are disabled, no analytics code is served at all.

What we never do

• Sell or rent personal information.
• Share your submission with anyone outside Sekyoor Technologies and the processors named above.
• Use what you send through this site to target advertising.

Server logs

Our host records ordinary web server logs, which include IP addresses.TODO: name the host, the log retention period, and whether IPs are truncated.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to TODO: privacy contact address and we will respond withinTODO: response window — check what applicable state law requires.

TODO: counsel to confirm which regimes apply — state privacy acts in the jurisdictions you sell into, and GDPR/UK GDPR only if you market outside the US.

Children

This site is for people doing their jobs. It is not directed at children.

Changes

If this notice changes materially we will update the date at the top. TODO: decide whether prior versions are archived and linked.
