Scope of this notice
Sekyoor Technologies LLC operates this marketing website. We offer Sekyoor to government customers in the United States. This notice concerns the website and inquiries sent through it; it does not assert that every visitor or service provider is located in the United States. It does not describe the handling of application records or resident information inside a government agency’s Sekyoor service.
For a question about a government application, contact the agency administering that program. Platform data handling and contractual responsibilities require separate documentation.
Information you share
The demo request form asks for your name, work email, agency or organization, and optionally your role, areas of interest and a message. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and conduct sales follow-up. We do not use inquiry information for newsletters or advertising audiences, or sell it to third parties. You can ask us to stop sales follow-up by replying to a message or contacting the address below.
Please use the form for a general description of your needs. Do not include resident records, passwords, financial information or confidential application details.
We use Microsoft 365 for business email. If you contact us by email, Microsoft 365 and your email provider process the message and associated delivery information.
Website services
The website’s demo endpoint sends accepted requests to Pinboard for follow-up.
The production demo form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate requests from automated submissions.
Turnstile loads a Cloudflare script in the browser and performs a verification check using technical signals. Our server also supplies the requesting IP address when available. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum for its description of data handling.
Website hosting and delivery services also receive connection information when they serve a page, such as a visitor’s IP address and request details. The retention and access arrangements for these services are part of the review below.
Analytics and browser storage
The website’s optional page-view analytics counter is currently disabled. Fonts are served from this website rather than a third-party font service.
Cloudflare’s hosting and security services still process technical connection information. Disabling our optional analytics does not disable those services.
The interactive product tour uses sample data. Its selections update the demonstration in your browser and do not submit a government application.
Retention
Inquiry information is used for the sales conversation and related follow-up. The retention schedule is being finalized; the proposed period and operational requirements are listed below. This draft does not promise automatic deletion.
Privacy questions and requests
Contact hello@sekyoortechnologies.com with a question about information you sent through this website. Identify the inquiry you are asking about without including unnecessary sensitive information.
Available rights, identity-verification procedures and response timelines depend on the applicable circumstances and law. Those details remain under review for the final notice.
Items under review before publication
- Proposed inquiry retention: 12 months after the last meaningful sales contact, followed by deletion or anonymization unless an active customer relationship or legal obligation requires a separate retention basis. Confirm a process covering Pinboard tickets, linked contact records, email, exports and backups before making this a public commitment.
- Provider-specific log, backup and deletion arrangements for Cloudflare, Pinboard and Microsoft 365.
- Applicable US privacy rights and procedures for handling requests.
- The separate platform privacy documentation and how changes to this notice will be communicated.
